Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund. Email hello@thswtch.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For prepaid orders the amount is credited back through the payment gateway; for cash on delivery we will collect your bank or UPI details to process the refund.
Non-returnable
For hygiene reasons, opened or used product cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
